Participation in the workshop is invite-only to foster a focused and engaging environment. Registration for the workshop is $200. We value inclusivity and recognize that some researchers may have limited access to research funds. A limited number of registration fee waivers are available. A block of rooms has been reserved for workshop attendees at special rates:
• Single occupancy: €105 per night
• Double occupancy: €115 per night
These rates are valid for stays between July 1-4, 2025, and are guaranteed only until March 1, 2025. Please note that hotel availability is limited due to the Song Festival in Tallinn from July 3-6.

These rates are valid for stays between July 1-4, 2025, and are guaranteed only until March 1, 2025. Please note that hotel availability is limited due to the Song Festival in Tallinn from July 3-6 and the hotel requires a deposit upon reservation.
